Check-in/Check-out time
[Check-in] From 3:00 p.m.

Final check-in time is 7:30 p.m. for guests who have booked a room with dinner.

  • Please advise if checking-in after 6:00 p.m.

Final check-in time is 10:00 p.m. for guests who have booked a room with breakfast or room only.

[Check-out] Usually by 10:00 a.m.

Check-out may be extended until 11:00 a.m. depending on the booking. Please confirm details of the plan booked.

Baggage storage

Your baggage can be stored for you prior to check-in.
Rooms are made available from 3:00 p.m. If arriving earlier, please relax in the lobby or enjoy a walk around the neighborhood.
Please let us know if you would like us to safeguard your baggage after check-out.

Meal times

Seating times at 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., or 7:30 p.m. will be confirmed upon check-in.
We regret that dinner times cannot be pre-specified. Selection is made upon check-in.

  • Please advise in advance if arriving after 6:00 p.m.
[Breakfast]

Served from 7:00 a.m., 7:30 a.m., 8:00 a.m., or 8:30 a.m.
Our staff will confirm the timing during dinner on the previous day.
Timing will be confirmed upon check-in for guests who booked room and breakfast only.

Meals are only served to guests who have booked accommodation or a day plan with meals.
Meal-only reservations are not accepted.

Food Allergies

Please advise the hotel if you have any food allergies at least three days before arrival.
In that case, please advise us on the details of the allergens, the symptoms, and recommended medical treatment, etc.

Parking

An outdoor parking lot is available in the hotel grounds.
The parking lot can be used free of charge from 1:00 p.m. on the check-in date until 11:00 a.m. on the check-out date.

  • About usage outside the free time zone ¥1,100 (tax included) is charged per vehicle to use the parking lot [before] 1:00 p.m. on the check-in date, and [after] 11:00 a.m. on the check-out date.
  • The parking lot is available on a first-come basis.
Cancellation policy

A cancellation fee is charged as follows.

  • From seven days prior: 20% of the accommodation fee
  • From three days prior: 50% of the accommodation fee
  • One day prior: 80% of the accommodation fee
  • Same day: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • Group cancellation fee applies to reservations of five rooms or more. Please contact us for further details.
Accepted forms of payment for accommodation

Online card payment, cash on the spot, or credit card payment can be selected at the time of reservation.

Bath tax

¥150 per person per night is charged for guests aged 11 or older.

Q&A

Are there any non-smoking rooms?

All rooms are non-smoking. There are smoking rooms on the first and second floors. Please note that smoking in this hotel is only permitted in these two designated areas. Smoking is also prohibited in the restaurants.

What type of toilets are installed in the guest rooms?

Western-style toilets with integrated bidets are installed in all guest rooms.

Do guest rooms have refrigerators?

Yes. An empty refrigerators is provided for guest use.

Is there an in-room safe for valuables?

Yes – each room has a safe. A safety deposit box is also available next to the front desk.

Can Wi-Fi or wireless LAN be used?

Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms, the lobby, and the lounge. Password details can be found in the guest room.

Are western or buffet style meals available for breakfast?

Only a fixed Japanese menu is available. A buffet is not provided.

Is there a private bath?

We have a private indoor bath (which must be reserved in advance).
