For your safety and peace of mind, we would like to inform you in advance of our response to tsunami warnings (excluding advisories) in the event of an earthquake.

About the building

• The hotel building is reinforced in 2016 to be earthquake resistant.
• Emergency exit locations are indicated on the inside of guest room doors.
• We have stockpiled water and food.

In the event of an earthquake and tsunami warning

Please follow the instructions of the staff.

◆If the tsunami arrives within 14 minutes
Vertical evacuation. Evacuate to the 5th floor or higher in the building.
Please use the emergency exit in front of the elevators to get to the 5th floor.

◆If the tsunami arrives in 15 minutes or later
Evacuate to the initial evacuation site designated by Shirahama Town (Shirahama District 7, 1369-8 Shirahama-cho)
Distance: Approx. 350 m, approx. 6 min. walk
