Response to prevent COVID-19 infection

Based on a basic policy of proper measure to prevent infection, we are working on below actions to protect all guests and employees’ safety environment.Thank you for your understanding and corporation.


■At the Hotel Entrance

-Request sanitizing for all guests
Hand sanitizer is now available at public space such as hotel entrance and lobby.
Please use them when you arrived at the hotel.
-Guest coming by car
Staffs would not move your car. Please park the car according to staff’s guidance.
Due to limited parking space, staff may be required to move your car.
In that case, staff will move the car with guest’s approval, wearing a mask and gloves, setting the seat cover.


-Controlling check-in line
Please line up along the waiting line by 1-person, reservation representative, to avoid the close-contact.
-Checking health condition
Please kindly understand to ask your health condition, travel history to abroad, and request to fill up a health certificate.
We may ask for instructions to health center or support center after we’ve got your understanding.
If we could get your approval, we may decline to accept your hotel stay.
-Simplify a guidance
We use printed materials to simplify a hotel guidance.

■Guest Rooms

-Ventilate rooms
Please ventilate a room by opening the windows.
-Hand sanitizer is available at all guest rooms.

■Public Area

-Wearing a face mask at the restaurant
Please wear a face mask at the restaurant except eating or drinking.
-Request sanitizing for all guest at the restaurant entrance
Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance and please hand sanitizing when you enter.
-Secure a space
To avoid close contact, we restrict the seat usage and to secure a space.
We would restrict and manage a meal starting time (both breakfast and dinner) to avoid a close-contact.
-Serving meals
We would change a part of serving process.
-Meal explanation
We use printed materials to simplify a meal explanation.

【Public bath; hot spring】
-Wearing a face mask
Please wear a face mask at the dressing room except during having a bath.
-Restrict the adjoined equipment usage and fixtures removal
To keep a distance, we remove a part of equipment; bathroom basket and bathroom fixtures.
-Please bring a bath towel and face towel from your room.
-Controlling entrance
We may control the usage when it crowded. Please create an interval in using the public bath.
-Please refrain from having a conversation in the public bath to prevent virus infection.

-We chlorinate a pool and always pouring a new water.
-Please keep a distance at the swimming pool.

-Elevator use restriction
We limit the elevator capacity of 4 people to prevent overcrowding.
-Smoking-room use restriction
We limit a smoking-room capacity.


-Controlling check-out line
Please line up along the waiting line by 1-person, reservation representative, to avoid the close-contact.
We may ask to wait at the lounge or lobby to your group.
The front desk may get crowded around 10AM because of the checking-out.
Please settle the hotel fee the night before checking-out or after the breakfast to avoid the close-contact.

■Others response to prevent COVID-19 infection

-Installing partitions
To prevent droplet infection, We installed partitions at front desk.Partitions are regularly sanitized.
-Sanitize guest rooms and hotel facility and equipment
We do additional cleaning; wipe-off and sanitize after usage every time.
<Object of facility and equipment>
Desk counter, a pen for the signature, a room key, elevator’s control panel, tableware, vending machines, and etc.
-Ventilate the facility
We ventilate the facility during cleaning the room and public area such as public bath and lobby lounge.
・We wear a face mask during a service.
・We regularly use hand sanitizer.
・We do thorough employees’ health management; measuring body temperature and manage based on a health checking sheet.
